This phone is a definite iPhone alternative without the expensive plan. Battery life is amazing for a phone with so much functionality. Web browsing is fast, and the GPS has helped on many occasions. A lot of the earlier complaints I've read about are either unfounded due to lack of instruction with the phone or just plain untrue.

Well this phone is a little confusing but the more I use it the more I figure out what I can do with it. Txting is the best feature of this phone the internet connection and is also very quick and easy to use. there is so many different things this phone can do to make it worth it. The only thing I'm not sure of is how the battery life is. I would recommend this phone to anyone who likes to txt a lot!!

This is my first mobile phone, so it took a bit of practice to get used to. However, the tutorial CD that came with it is almost useless. It omits many steps to get applications done. I had to Google an owner's manual and download it to understand everything. I still cannot download photos from the Impression to my laptop. All in all, I'm enjoying learning to use it.
